How long does it take to create a new account?
How long does it take to add a new course to my account?
It takes a few days. Our support team will need to set up and verify the courses and your account before you can use it.
The 1 year validity of the course will start from when you can access the course.
What equipment do I need to access the courses?
The courses are available on our website, just like this page. All you need is a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge) with access to the internet. This can be on a PC, laptop, tablet, mobile phone or even some smart TVs. If you can access to this website, then you can access our courses.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes, but only within 7 days starting from when you can access the course and provided you have not attempted any of the questions in the course. Please email us at support@quizbee.org within 7 days.
